“The NYPD was investigating a suspicious package at a building in TriBeCa early Thursday morning, a spokeswoman said.
The package was found sometime after 4 a.m. at 375 Greenwich St., cops said. The building houses actor Robert De Niro's restaurant, Tribeca Grill, and the Tribeca Film Center, started by De Niro and film producer Jane Rosenthal.
It was not immediately clear if the package was connected to the apparent pipe bombs sent to several prominent Democrats and critics of President Donald Trump in recent days. ”
