Elijah Cummings and his House Oversight Committee are investigating the very real possibility that drumpf, his former National Security advisor and erstwhile son-in-law may have been illegally transferring nuclear technology to Saudi Arabia without the approval of Congress in violation of the Atomic Energy Act.
